At The Knight Coney, each piece of jewellery is meticulously handmade to your specifications, custom-sized, and finished to order in the UK.
As every item is crafted especially for you, our dispatch times for jewellery pieces range from 7 to 14 days. Rest assured, we strive to create and send your bespoke TKC piece as quickly as possible.
For Multisizer ring gauges, we offer same-day dispatch (for orders placed before 12pm), with first-class delivery.
Please note that import duties for orders shipped outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.
Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to Russia at this time.
Returns
We value customer satisfaction and accept returns for all TKC pieces within 30 days. Please ensure all returns remain unworn and undamaged. Any items returned in an unsellable condition will not be liable for a refund. We have a return slip here.
If you would like your ring size adjusted we are happy to offer a free resizing and a polish. Please send your TKC piece with your return details printed. We have a resizing slip here.
TKC does not cover the postage fees and will invoice for the return postage amount.
